I could not be more grateful to have had Sara Beveridge and Golden Poppy Events as my coordinator for my wedding!

From the first time I met with Sara, I knew we had made the right decision. She asked all the right questions and quickly began working on my timeline, one of the most important things you will have the day of your wedding. She brought things to my attention that I hadn’t thought of, was available to offer her expertise any time I had a question, and was

always honest with me. I cannot explain how much of my stress was relieved in the weeks and days leading up to my wedding because of Sara. Ninety percent of my guests were from out of town and while I was busy welcoming and entertaining relatives, Sara was crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s.

The day before our wedding, Sara flawlessly orchestrated our rehearsal so that everyone in my bridal party would know exactly what to do and where to be the following day. On my wedding day, Sara and her assistant Jenny were phenomenal!

I could go on. But in an attempt to be (somewhat) brief, I will close with this: having an excellent coordinator is just as important as having an excellent venue, florist or photographer. You really need someone to hold it all together and relieve some of the stresses of planning so you can enjoy your wedding. I will forever be grateful.
